Nutrition for Athletes this Wednesday

On Wednesday, 9/2/2015 from 1-1:45pm, the Raiders Choice program is offering a talk to help athletes gain a competitive edge to maximize their performance, recovery and strength. Our soccer coaches would love to have all of our soccer players attend the program during WEB this week. The program will be led by Jill Gregory, board certified nutritionist and certified personal trainer. She will cover topics including eating correctly before, during and after a game. She will also talk about the importance of eating protein, fat and carbohydrates to maintain stable blood sugar so that you don’t “hit a wall” during practice or a game. Please try and attend this very informative session.
